Solution to "The Mormon Problem" ?
This pastor thinks he has figured out how to rid the world of homosexuals.
"Pastor Charles Worley said he figured out a way to “get rid of all the lesbians and queers.”
“Build a great big, large fence – 100 miles long – put all the lesbians in there, fly over and drop some food,” Worley said during his May 13 sermon. “Do the same thing with the queers and homosexuals and have that fence electrified so they can’t get out … and in a few years they will die out.”

Maybe that could be used on the LDS of the world, too. There may be one problem with the plan, though, so it might not work, but if you decide to give it a try, I am putting together a list of the foods I would like dropped into the compound. It includes brussels sprouts, pineapple, salmon, and the ingredients for apple pie. Thanks in advance."I think we may accept it as a rule that whenever a person's
religious conversation dwells chiefly, or even frequently,
on the faults of other people's religions, she/he is in a bad condition."
-C.S. Lewis (Collected Letters Vol. 3 p. 209).

Micah 6:6. With what shall I come before the Lord, bow before the Most High G-d? Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, with yearling calves? 7. Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, with myriad streams of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 8. He has told you, O man, what is good, and what the Lord demands of you; but to do justice, to love loving-kindness, and to walk discreetly with your G-d.

Oh, well, if one pastor said it, then it must reflect what all Protestants think.

Re: Solution to "The Mormon Problem" ?
This pastor's idea is so stupid. I would like to ask him one big question about his "logic". Even without a fence in place, lesbians don't reproduce. So where are all the lesbians coming from now?

Re: Solution to "The Mormon Problem" ?
I think he's following the thought that people become become lesbians and queers because they are imitating role models with those characteristics. While I think that is true to some extent, it doesn't cover everyone. The main thing I think he's forgetting about is that bisexuals can reproduce. However, the bigger issue is that homosexual behavior is just a symptom of the same sin that is within everyone, including this pastor.

For those who are sarcastically impaired the following is in jest.
You know what? I bet that those "Quakers on the moon", are the Nephilim that the Bible mentions. I mean they WERE described as "giants" after all(I'm about 6 ft tall, and my mom always says that I am a giant compared to her).

To be honest, my first thought (perhaps because I'm a WWII history nut) was "The Jewish Problem" and "The Final Solution"?
Personally, I'd much rather the Mormons be saved, than "gotten rid of".
