What we really need is more regulation.

      This is ridiculous.

This is what we're in for if we look to government to solve our problems. Months and hundreds of dollars in fees or taxes just to open a .25 cents a cup lemonade stand.
"Behold, I am Jesus Christ, whom the prophets testified shall come into the world.
And behold, I am the light and the life of the world; and I have drunk out of that bitter cup which the Father hath given me, and have glorified the Father in c\taking upon me the sins of the world, in the which I have suffered the will of the Father in all things from the beginning."

I think some localities have considered making exceptions for people under a certain age, which seems very, very reasonable to me.

I think they lack common sense from birth. I am glad I did not get caught selling Popsicles when I was a kid.

As a kid, I got together with the kid down the street, and not only sold Kool-Aid, but I ALSO sold baseball cards.

You know, I'm just going to save the police time and go turn myself in now.

Funny, I see kids selling lemonade and cool-aid all the time and no one bothers them. Typical of Fox news though, find a silly incident somewhere and use it to promote their agenda of anti-regulation.

I think something like this also happened near that golf course in Georgia where they have the Masters.

I also suspect that the vast majority of cities would ignore lemonade stands.
