personal epiphany
Hello all.
It's been a while since I last posted. Currently, I am between semesters at Regent University. I am working on the CBN/Regent grounds crew over the Summer, which means I spend most of my day weeding, watering,
planting, etc.
Tonight, I decided to take an after-work walk around the campus. As I did so, I noticed an area that needs to be
weeded. The only reason I didn't systematically weed-out the entire bed right then and there was that I knew campus
security would want to know what I was doing, and I didn't have my employee ID with me to prove to them that I really was
grounds crew member and not some anti-weed vigilante who'd wandered onto the campus. In that moment, I realized that I
really need to get a life. Mind you, I've been aware of the fact that I don't have a life for quite a while, but as I contemplated the fact that after weeding for approx 7.5 hours my desire was to use my downtime to do more weeding, I was struck by how just much I need to get a life. So I've decided that come fall, I'm joining one of the student orgs on campus.
That's all for now...Last edited by Pinky Pie of Doom; May 31st 2012 at 10:31 PM.
I've come to realize that Ivo just might be right about more things than we give him credit for. And yes, that is scary. -Little Shepherd

Rayado, Ivo said he wanted to GET a life, not ruin one.
