Gay Christians live in celibacy and they can certainly serve as clergy, being "eunuchs" for the Lord's sake. Christianity endorses a sexless life for those that are called or forced into it. Foreign concept to some people who daydream about their faith rewarding them with a dozen wives in the sky

I looked into mormonism, that happy ending of it all when i first decided to leave the "main stream" christianity movement. The main thing that I thought was just TO CRAZY to believe was that they really believed that the "secret" hand shakes were invented by joseph smith (or however) when in fact that they were masonic hand shakes. It just seem really silly to me that, being masonic had some how become intertwined in this religion. ( I am a eastern star) and it made it seem just a bit bogus.
