      It's an old joke, kinda....

After getting killed by Seal Team 6, Osama made his way
to the pearly gates. There, he is greeted by George Washington.

"How dare you attack the nation I helped conceive!" yells Mr.
Washington, slapping Osama in the face.

Patrick Henry comes up from behind. "You wanted to end the
Americans' liberty, so they gave you death!" Henry punches
      Osama on the nose.

James Madison comes up next, and says "This is why I allowed
the Federal government to provide for the common defense!"
He drops a large weight on Osama's knee.

Osama is subject to similar beatings from John Randolph of
Roanoke, James Monroe, and 65 other people who have the
same love for liberty and America. As he writhes on the ground,
Thomas Jefferson picks him up to hurl him back toward the gate
where he is to be judged.

As Osama awaits his journey to his final very hot destination,
he screams "This is not what I was promised!"

An angel replies "I told you there would be 72 Virginians
waiting for you. What did you think I said?"
      2 Tim 2:1-2

Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

I had something to say about what George Washington WOULD do, but I think I would be modded for it.

I think OBP's point is that Washington was a gentleman, and wrote a book on civil conduct.

A SIDE note... Prior to 1973, Texas History textbooks had two pages of information about George Washington, including a sentence that said, "George Washington was known to have a violent temper, but kept it under masterful control". AFTER 1973, there was one paragraph about GW, and the sentence was truncated to "George Washington was known to have a violent temper."

Yeah, mine was more of a joke too, but like I said, I don't want to be modded.

That, and he did not shake hands with people for hygienic reasons. I don't think he'd want to touch someone's face either.

So, George Washington was a germaphobe? I guess I am in good company then.
I have a weak immune system, so it's actually dangerous for me to expose myself to anything that isn't absolutely necessary.

No, but his wig was white.

Maybe not, but even without one, he is said to have had a prophetic vision of a future USA when it would be in peril.

(In case you missed it, that was your cue to start mocking George Washington)
"I think we may accept it as a rule that whenever a person's
religious conversation dwells chiefly, or even frequently,
on the faults of other people's religions, she/he is in a bad condition."
      -C.S. Lewis (Collected Letters Vol. 3 p. 209).

      So?

(In case you missed it, that was your cue to start mocking George Washington)
      I see nothing to mock.
