I agree. However what they say may not necessarily be a lack of faith. It may be that someone grew up in a home where that kind of thing was commonly done. But in any case, like you, I think it's wrong for a Christian to use God's name in vain. It's not a big sin, unless it really does indicate contempt for God. But it's one that should be confessed, and which someone should make a reasonable attempt at stopping. People are able to change that kind of habit. I've known ]a couple of teens who had been swearing without thinking about who managed to change their behavior.
