And there's ANOTHER thing..... you demand quotes, I go round them up to prove you wrong, and you don't even acknowledge them. Like nothing happened.
So, let's do this.... if you DENY that what I say is true, I'll be inclined to want to back it up. But I'm not just going on a fishing expedition because you're getting forgetful in your old age.
Do you DENY that you guys kept bringing that up?

Re: are OC and Jeff going to hell?
I'm man enough to say that I hate your church and its false doctrines. I hate what it has done to millions of people, leading them away from the real Jesus and from true salvation. I hate what that lying false prophet Joseph Smith did to all of them, and I hate losing souls to that abominable church and its false apostles.
I may not yet be as old as dirt, but dirt and I are starting to have an awful lot in common... Stephen Donaldson - Author of my favorite series (The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant)

Re: are OC and Jeff going to hell?
You are the one who compared us all to Hitler and poor you to the persecuted Jews. If I recall there was another thread with jo, I think, (or maybe it was one of you other antis, you all look the same to me by now) practically wetting their pants with fear over the terrible things that we Christians might be about to do with you poor lds's. You know, making sure the windows were secure and all that. So the nastiest invective seems to be coming from your side, not ours.
Frankly, I don't much care what you think of my credibility. Yours has pretty much been in short supply since day 1. You awful anti-Christian, you!

Re: are OC and Jeff going to hell?
The way I see it is: I don't believe that I am going to hell for believing in this church. I don't believe that my salvation is in jeopardy. And if I do go to Hell, at least I will go with the knowledge that I lived my life the best way I know how. This may be a very unpopular opinion, but it's the one I have.

"Ergo qui natus die hodierna. Jesu, tibi sit gloria, patris aeterni verbum caro factum. Venite adoremus Dominum."
We talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.~ 2 Nephi 25:26

Re: are OC and Jeff going to hell?
Sweetheart, (and I use that term for you most sincerely because I really love you to pieces), we want you to be able to say, "I know that when I die I will be in the presence of the Lord, not through anything I have done; and however I lived my life, the best way I knew how or not, doesn't make any difference in the light of the grace shown to me by the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ".
How tragic to say, "if I go to hell I will go with the knowledge that I lived my life the best way I know how"! That is not what Christianity is about! It is about joy and peace and knowing deep inside that how one lives their life has no bearing on their salvation.
How I want for you to have that security!
