sure. I understand that according to your beliefs that ours are corrupt and apostate. So I expect you to say so. Just like I expect an atheist to tell me that my beliefs in a God are crazy or false. Or a Jew to tell me that I belong to a cult of Judaism.

I just think you should have a skin thick enough to accept the fact that we think the LDS is a cult and your founder was a con man and your beliefs are antibiblical.

No OC. they did say such things and we have posted the quotes before. I think they are nuts and false teachers, so I expect them to teach false things like the church is corrupt. That's just what cults do.

I don't even understand that post, it makes no sense at all. The Bible CONFIRMS things like the Apostle's Creed, and THAT is WHY I believe it, not the other way around. Unlike you and LDS teaching. You believe LDS first, and then try and make the Bible confirm it, that's the wrong approach. You should be STARTING with the Bible, and seeing what it has to say, THEN form a creed based on what is actually being said. That's why Mormonism is so messed up, they started by trying to force what Joseph Smith wanted people to believe into the Bible rather than find out what the Bible actually says, and follow that.

I don't get bent out of shape when someone "attacks" my faith, OC. I just defend what I believe. I am not ashamed of what I believe either, and I don't try to hide it or make excuses for it like you seem to do.

Oh, I would say those that have done much study, and were closer to the time it was actually written. Also, it helps if they are actually just wanting to know what is actually being said, instead of what they want to believe.
