So how do we vote on the people after they are nominated?

you just vote, it is auto tallied with the 10 finalists being listed on the nomination page. the winner will get a snazzy text link or something on their post bit or a purple username like we used to do.

too bad you cant vote from the nomination page. Once the 10 names are filled up then people have to go hunt down a post of theirs to give their vote.
