The Journey of Osmosis…

(Note… What you are about to read is medically incorrect but I offer it to you not for its correctness but for its message.)

In the Celestial drafting room before the process of time, the hands of the Creator began drawing the blueprint of his greatest creation. You. Intricately and painstakingly, the miracle of life took shape the Creator paused briefly as each problem gave way to his determination to create the best. Somewhere in the design process, the problem of getting oxygen into the blood confronted the Celestial Designer. “How can oxygen give life to the body,” he said to himself? So he designed lungs, “Better design two just in case” he commented as the pencil followed his thoughts. “I will make one sac for each lung and put in it many small blood vessels so when the lungs expand they will take in oxygen and it will be absorbed into the blood so the body will live.” And it was so. And the Celestial Designer called all things good. Thus began a journey called osmosis.

The journey of osmosis, the journey of life giving oxygen to a life starved for oxygenated blood, created by God to overcome the problem of sustaining the life of his greatest creation. You.

The journey of osmosis destined by the Creator to far exceed even that great need. The journey of osmosis is the journey of life giving Spirituality to a life starved spirit, created by God to overcome the problem of sustaining the life of his greatest creation. You.

A child forced to live on the streets turns to live a life of crime finds Jesus and becomes an evangelist. A child constantly bombarded with prejudice learns to hate what he don’t understand is suddenly confronted with Jesus Christ begins to see equal worth in all people. A man constantly told he is a loser, he is evil, he is no good becomes a loser, becomes evil, becomes a menace to himself, and society yet regains his self worth through helpful Christians. A child raised in a Christian home falls prey to the vices of the world finds hope and peace in Jesus. A woman constantly bombarded with humiliating remarks loses her self-esteem and self-respect becomes absorbed in her church and sees herself as God’s greatest creation. A son constantly called a failure by parents becomes a failure yet when touched by Jesus becomes a successful doctor.

The journey of osmosis will bring you peace, happiness, joy, love, companionship, and eternal life, or it will bring you death. The choice is yours. If you surround yourself with goodness, if you surround yourself with God’s word, with God’s music, with God’s thoughts, with God’s people then you will absorb God into your journey.
