That is indeed cool. My Desert Eagle bows in obeisance. The Auto Mag was an icon.

The auto mag is like the 57 Chevy of large caliber semis. I was/am a fan of the Desert Eagle but the older I get the smaller my tastes in guns becomes. Even my .45 is too big. My favorite defense/carry gun du jour is my S&W airweight .38 +P. I have even taken it rabbit hunting.

Nor have I. Back when I had an FFL, I thought about buying one, but even back then, they were a little too pricey for me. There is also the matter of ammo....

I just got outbid on an NAA .450 Express. It's probably good I didn't win it, because ammo for it is $20 per round due to 99% of it being destroyed when the company decided to quit building the guns. The gun might be worth $1000 because only a few hundred were made, but 51 rounds of ammo for it would cost more than the gun itself.
