I didn't think much of it because there was just low quality video but this twitter user making the case has a much higher quality video where you can see an antifa hitting the car with a baseball bat BEFORE the deadly charge:

Yes it is. Seer is 100 percent correct. Communism looks perfect on paper. It looks like a totally ideal society. But when you take the reality of it, No one can earn money, because the government pays it. So where does extra money come from? You can't tax the people. Any goods and trades, no one is allowed to earn on except the government and that only goes so far. In every country where full communism is implemented the reality is that people become entirely impoverished.

In a communist economy, the government owns the businesses, hence the government generates income through the income those businesses make. Just as a business owner in capitalism can afford to pay their employees, so the government in a communist economy can afford to pay employees for exactly the same reason. Your analysis doesn't make any sense for that reason.
