Glory Seed Guidelines

Notice – The ministries featured in this section of TheologyWeb are guests of this site and in some cases not bargaining for the rough and tumble world of debate forums, though sometimes they are. Additionally, this area is frequented and highlighted for guests who also very often are not acclimated to debate fora. As such, the rules of conduct here will be more strict than in the general forum. This will be something within the discretion of the Moderators and the Ministry Representative, but we simply ask that you conduct yourselves in a manner considerate of the fact that these ministries are our invited guests. You can always feel free to start a related thread in general forum without such extra restrictions. Thank you.

These daily devotionals are brought to you by Gary Piper, a writer with our Sister Site, Natural Spirit Ministries. TheologyWeb encourages you to visit and support their site.... they have many informative articles which can be discussed right here. If you enjoy Gary Piper's devotionals, please send him an encouraging note or post. We are very appreciative of our partnership with Natural Spirit Ministries and look forward to many more co-ventures.

Glory Seed Devotional’s, 2017: Anticipating and Experiencing Jehovah-Jireh...
In the Eye of the Storm…
    Shalom!

“Pilate said, “So you are a king?” Jesus responded, “You say I am a king. Actually, I was born and came into the world to testify to the truth. All who love the truth recognize that what I say is true.” “What is truth?” Pilate asked…” (John 18:37–38, NLT)

The truth Jesus was speaking of and Pilate’s answer is found in the book Intimate Moments with the Hebrew Names of God. “Eternal God, Eh-lo-hay Keh-dem, You know my beginning and my end. How my soul is at peace. Thank You for this timeless truth. Thank You that I can trust my life with You; what total peace this gives my soul. I love you and I thank You for loving me.” (p. 21, Orlando, FL: Bridge-Logos Publishers)

Ryan Stevenson reveals “this timeless truth” in his song In the Eye of the Storm. If you have about 5 minutes follow the lyrics as you listen to his revelation, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZB0ReTpA6Gg.

For me Jesus is talking about the Peace that comes out of a relationship with him. Our life “storms” can rage on the surface but in our heart/spirit there is a complete calming empowering us to “damn the torpedoes” and move ahead. In my own life as I move through the “pulmonary fibrosis” storm a battle rages in my lungs but when I look inside I can say, “Thank You that I can trust my life with You; what total peace this gives my soul. I love you and I thank You for loving me.”

Please if you have the chance now or at a time when you do have a few minutes to view Ryan Stevenson’s song please do I am sure the Holy Spirit will speak to you.

“May God be merciful and bless us. May his face smile with favor on us.” **
    Grace and PEACE,
    Gary
