for Acts 28 Dispensationalists
Greetings from an Acts 9 Dispensationalist. I'm conducting a very informal survey from Acts 28 Dispensationalists.
Do you, as an Acts28'er, consider the 12 disciples to be in or out of the Body of Christ?
Thanks.......truthman750 Words - Private, unfiltered, spontaneous, daily writing

The 12, in or OUT
Generally what we believe (myself included) is that the 12 apostles WERE a part of the same body WITH PAUL during the Acts period. We see THIS CHURCH as starting AT Pentacost. This is viewed by us as being in fulfillment of PROPHECY.
However, after Acts 28:28 we believe that the dispensation of the grace of God was ushered in. At that point Paul was placed into the ONE NEW MAN (EPh. 2) and the 12 were NOT.
If you have any further questions for me, feel free to send me a PM.
Grace,

Thanks for your patience in the thread's I have previously committed myself to. Things are still difficult and topsy-turvy here, and I may actually start work somewhere this week (strong likelihood), so I'll do my best to answer some of those threads! See you in the forums...
When even our Christian leadership has committed to a strategy of compromising on "Do not murder" by supporting judges [like Alito], politicians [like Bush] and rulings that explicitly will kill certain innocent children, it is absurd for us to ask God to bless America. -- Bob Enyart, 1/18/06

Thanks...
Thanks Mike for your reply.
Do you know of any other Acts 28'ers on this board or elsewhere who hold to either 12 in or 12 out? If you do, please ask them to respond to this thread as I am simply trying to gain more knowledge on this position.

Wow, there must be only one Acts 28 dispensationalist online. I asked this question here and at TOL and still only one response.
I thought the position was more popular than this.
