Can you guys maybe discuss between yourselves and get back to me when you've made up your minds about how much memory loss / brain damage / strokes / falls etc Hillary actually had, and whether she was Definitely In No Way Impaired Or Forgetful And Totally Liable For All Actions And To Be Given No Quarter or whether she was So Impaired That She Had Massive Brain Damage And Couldn't Even Do Basic Things...

I hate Hillary as much as anyone (I loathed her during her campaign, wanted to see her locked up, and my opinion of her hasn't improved since seeing her lose to Dementia Criminal Trump given that Bernie would have easily won nor since finding out she had control of the entire DNC during the primaries and was money laundering electoral donations using it), but can we at least pretend some consistency in the claims made against her? Also, can we now proceed to wipe Hillary from our own memories and never ever talk about her or remember her again?

As far as I can tell, those of us here think that she's not impaired and is using it as a convenient cover (and, yes, is lying). Hillary has always had a penchant for telling a lie when the truth would do AFAICT.

I've been reading the Patriot Post since before I came to Tweb.

Oh, is that where you get your crazy from? I was wondering because it didn't seem to be coming from the usual suspects like Alex Jones, Limbaugh, or Breitbart. I had you tentatively mentally penciled in as probably getting it from Faux News.

I probably need to create some sort of survey to place people on the spectrum of republican crazy. Maybe some sort of "Which of the following statements do you agree with:"
1) Hillary's emails contained coded messages about a child propaganda ring she was operating out of a pizza shop
2) Obamacare is worse than slavery
3) FEMA has a plan for death camps
4) There is video footage of a demon entering Obama and he smells of sulfur
5) The Democrats have a plan to take away everyone's guns primarily for the purpose of preventing the people from fighting back against the government tyranny they intend to enact
6) Bush and Trump have gained US respect in the international community, whereas Obama reduced the respect for America internationally
7) George W Bush kept the US safe
8) Hillary deliberately got US troops killed in Benghazi
9) Hillary and her husband have a hit squad and have been directly responsible for ordering the deaths of multiple people over the years for reasons of political convenience
10) The Republican policies are designed to primarily benefit the middle class, rather than being focused on benefiting their rich donors
11) The US military is severely underfunded and needs to be significantly increased in order for Americans to be safe
12) Government run healthcare is unaffordable, and has never worked successfully in other countries
etc.

House rejects Democrat's resolution to impeach Trump

The House on Wednesday rejected an effort to impeach President Trump in a vote that nonetheless pointed to growing support on the left for driving the president out of office.

In a 364-58 vote, lawmakers tabled an impeachment resolution from Rep. Al Green (D-Texas). Every Republican voted with a majority of Democrats to turn away the resolution, while four Democrats voted "present."

It's supposed to be hard to remove a sitting president from office. Do Democrats really want to establish a precrdent that lowers the bar and makes it easier? Because that will certainly come back to bite them in the future.

I haven't made a huge deal of it, but I've said on several occasions that I don't watch Fox News. The only thing I watch on TV is (American) football, for entertainment. TV news of whatever stripe is mostly a waste of my time, since I can take in more information faster by reading.

Eh, I'd more or less agree with 7. 6, 10, and 12 need caveats. The rest fall on the spectrum from merely wrong to wild-eyed conspiracy, mostly toward the latter end.
