To me, most of you anti-socialist here are pseudo christians, the plight of other less fortunate people really doesn't matter to you, so long as you can pretend to care, or so long as you can get something out of it for yourself, like the good feeling you get when directly and personally helping someone. If you were truly a christian you'd support the kind of government that would exist if Jesus himself were the head of it, not someone like Trump who, along with the republican congress, is still working at throwing 13 million people off of healthcare with his tax cuts for the wealthy policy.

Amazing how you claim to know everything about me without having a clue what you’re talking about. Here Jimmy, let me tell you stuff I’ve done for less fortunate people:

1. Made them meals and delivered them.
2. Gave them cloths for their kids.
3. Fixed their vehicle for them so they don’t have to pay labor.
4. Babysat their kids, for free.

That’s just in the past month and I haven’t been able to do as much as normal.

As opposed to the 20+ trillion dollars currently spent on anti poverty programs that despite being around for around 50 years haven’t changed the poverty level? Actually, this is the kind of ignorant birdbrained defeatist thinking that keeps liberals reaching into the pockets of other people, trying to steal money they don't earn, failing miserably to actually solve anything.

Our community has a pretty involved food bank program, employment program, housing program, education program, assistance program.... there are 27 entities working together under one faith based umbrella, and we actually help people go from welfare to employment where they make it on their own. They just need some personal attention and direction.

Actually, I pay taxes, Jimmy - I probably paid more in taxes in 2009 alone than you've paid in your entire sorry existence. The stuff we do is on TOP of paying taxes.
