  • Where can I post?

I seem to recall from posting here years ago that unorthodox Christians like myself were not allowed to post in orthodox areas. Just went through FAQs and couldn't find reference to the topic. I want to discuss an orthodox theological issue, what are the rules for posting?

when you are in the lobby
    http://www.theologyweb.com/campus/forum.php

if you read the descriptions of each area, it will say "Christian Only" on the areas you can't post in - also read the Anouncements at the top of each area for the areas rules.

Weird seeing so many older posters dropping in again. Was some sort of notice sent out to all of TWeb's old timers?

        Pass around the Geritol.

The question is then raised, is there some definition of "Christian" that must be met or does "Christian Only" mean as opposed to other religions/agnostics/atheists?

I'll take a couple tablets, thanks.

Anyone who can use the "Christian" faith tag - i.o.w., anyone who holds to generally orthodox Christian beliefs.

Okay, thanks for the info. I'll post elsewhere than here. Btw, where can I find in the Bible that the Lord washes away the sins of the orthodox, but not [not all?] those of the unorthodox Christian--both of whom claim salvation by Him?

We don't restrict where you can post because we don't think the Lord will wash away your sins. We restrict where you can post so people can discuss certain aspects of Christian doctrine without, say, re-proving the Trinity. You're allowed to post in such areas as well if you ask permission and agree to not argue what we consider the fundamentals.
