  • The media and Trump

Great piece in the New York Post

While the left screeches and squawks that Trump is a dire threat to the First Amendment for what he said while they turned a blind eye to what Obama actually did (see HERE as well as HERE), they are doing more to discredit and destroy themselves than either Obama and Trump could ever dream of accomplishing.

I'm always still in trouble again

"You're by far the worst poster on TWeb" and "TWeb's biggest liar" --starlight (the guy who says Stalin was a right-winger)
"Overall I would rate the withdrawal from Afghanistan as by far the best thing Biden's done" --Starlight
"Of course, human life begins at fertilization that’s not the argument." --Tassman

The "mainline" media is really blurring the line between themselves and the "Baby Born During Choir Practice - Comes Out Singing Amazing Grace" tabloids.
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Hmmm, they're doing so much to discredit themselves that they're winning elections left and right. Virginia, New Jersey, Alabama, and many local legislature seats in the last few months.

In Alabama, Jones barely beat a suspected child molester. New Jersey was related to Christie's incompetence and unpopularity.

Still went 0 for 4 in special elections in the House.

Yep, I guess republicans are doing more to discredit themselves than even their fearless leader, Trump.

I don't dispute that the GOP has to mediate between a significant white nationalist presence (Bannon and a few others) and the "Establishment," which is comprised of people who realize the importance of not being a firebrand.

Excuses, excuses. And so silly. Yeah, the republicans are losing because they and their policies weren't as popular as the democrats and their policies. That's generally how it goes.

So, exactly how many seats does the New York Times and the Washington Post, for instance, hold in Congress or in state governments? Or are you saying that they are indistinguishable from, and essentially an arm of, the Democrats?

Jones will hold onto his Senate seat about as long as Scott Brown held on to Ted Kennedy's Massachusetts Senate seat.

It's not necessarily all about the Democrats game Lilpix, it's people and issues. A whole lot of republicans in Alabama either voted for Jones or stayed home and didn't vote at all.

Another liberal journalist grudgingly admits that Trump is winning.
