I'd vote for her.
If Republicans can elect a serial-adulterer, serial-liar, serial-bankruptee for President, and almost elect a pedophile (Roy Moore) for Senate, and have a human rights violator who should be executed for his crimes (Joe Arpaio) running for Senate...
...then Democrats can at least elect a war-crimes whistle-blower and a victim of illegal torture at the hands of US prisons. That seems much more the right kind of person to have in politics.
When the "law and order" party (
) currently has 4 convicted criminals running for congress, it's okay for the democrats to have one wrongly convicted one running.

Just about anyone can file to run for senate can't day? Kid Rock did so. I don't think Chelsea Mannings will be a serious contender.
On the other hand I didn't think Trump had a snowballs chance in Hell so who knows.
