Did you watch the 50-minute presentation? The lame-stream reportards were huffing and flailing and trying to find some way to get Dr. Jackson to contradict himself or make any admission Trump may not be all there mentally. Eventually CNN sent in Dr. Sanjerk Guptard to offer expert challenge. He questioned the value of the MoCA test; Dr. Jackson replied that his research assured him it is sufficiently sensitive to detect early problems. Guptard and/or others objected that MoCA may detect early cognitive decline, but is not designed to detect psychological disorders, and suggested POTUS should undergo specific psychological and neurological testing; Dr. Jackson replied that he interacts with POTUS often, sometimes several times per day, and his training and experience are sufficient for him to detect signs that such testing would be warranted.

Shortly after the briefing, some reportards started rehashing those objections, viz. MoCA is not sensitive enough, MoCA does not detect psychological issues, Jackson is not a psych specialist, not mentioning that he had directly addressed those aspects.

At this point, the libtard media is basically left with two options regarding Dr. Jackson, who served as White House Doctor under Bush 43 beginning in 2006 and became Physician to the President under Obama, and who has been highly regarded all that time:

-- Dr. Jackson has suddenly become incompetent to do his job, and therefore his conclusions can't be trusted.

-- Dr. Jackson is blatantly lying.

Of course you do. Considering your repeated statements about how much you hate the U.S. you would obviously be delighted to see us go the route of Venezuela.

Well I keep pushing for policies to make it like Norway, which as of this week seems to be a Trump Approved Country™. But I guess you can go the route of Venezuela if you like.

There certainly seems to be a widespread belief that a certain level of creative license was taken in the numbers reported for Trump's height and weight in order to narrowly squeeze him in to not being officially "obese" on the BMI measure. "Girtherism" is the name being floated for the belief that the president's weight was misreported, and there's already an offer of $100k for charity if Trump is weighed publicly on an accurate scale.

Funny how the MSM never mentioned that Trump is said to have mentioned Norway and Asia. I guess they have to eliminate the second since that doesn't match up very well with their claim that he is racist

So the pundits think they can spot something watching Trump in a few press conferences that his own physician somehow missed after performing an extensive examination. Yeah, ok.

I guess you missed the part where he said that Trump should lose 10 to 15 pounds.

Yes, the reporters were showing their true colors - pretending to be civil, but doing their best to try to get Dr Jackson to say ANYTHING they could turn into a story. I'm a little surprised that Jackson, a Rear Admiral, wasn't a little more polished in his speaking, but he most certainly came across as genuine.

My wife was actually yelling at the TV, mocking the reporters... "Yeah, how did it feel when your 2 year old was run over by the truck" kind of stuff. (We have a local news reporter who asks some of the DUMBEST questions like that)

I thought Jackson seemed incredibly in command of the facts.

You can't diagnose mental illness from a few odd clips of a person saying something. Even Trump's personality, temper, twitter rants and low vocabulary, aren't evidence that he has dementia of any kind.

I find it funny that conservatives here expect democrats to trust this doctor, when they themselves didn't trust the clean bill of health (aside from a sinus infection and some allergies) Hillary received.

Anyone here who still believe she suffers from dementia, epilepsi, alzheimers, or whatever? Using the exact same kind of evidence you fault democrats for using (cherry picked shots of her).

Hillary seized up and had to be tossed like a side of beef into a waiting van. And there is ample video evidence from the campaign trail of her freezing on stage and becoming disoriented, or the infamous video of her having what appeared to an epileptic fit which prompted at least one startled reporter to ask if she was ok. She was suffering from a little more than a case of the sniffles.

With Trump, he says something liberals don't like and all of a sudden they accuse him of having dementia, so it's not apples to apples.
