Even the Associated Press has conceded that Trump had a strong first-year and has already made good on a number of his key promises. And he has three more years in office.

So what are Democrats going to run on in 2020? "If you hate low unemployment, a prospering economy, and a strength that commands the respect of the world then vote for me, because I will change all of that!" Yeah, that's a winning message.

Even better, the assessment was done at the President's request just to shut up his critics.

They'll certainly do their best to stop it.

Last time we saw WaPo do 18 anti-Sanders stories in 18 hours, and Paul Krugman disgracing himself by having an anti-Sanders apoplectic fit every week in his NYT column (the supposed US "liberal" media), two "progressive think tanks" (not actually progressive, funded by rich donor money) dropped headline claims in the middle of the primaries that they'd assessed Sanders policies and they were terrible only to a week later issue a correction in small print saying their assessment was actually totally wrong and the policies were fine. And then of course there was Hillary's complete control of the DNC and also of many local state parties that helpfully manipulated various polling locations etc (and e.g. successfully delivered the NY primary to her due to serious irregularities). And various Hillary shills straight out lying about stupid claims "there were chairs thrown in Nevada!"

Sanders was a bit of a surprise candidate for the establishment last election, so I'm sure with 4 years to work on their attacks, they'll manage to come up with something. Currently they're favoring (a) not including his name on lists of 2020 primary candidates, (b) dismissing him as too old, while saying they're fine with Biden (who's 1 year younger) (c) saying the next candidate needs to be a young woman of color (cough, Kamala Harris, cough). In the leaked emails, Tom Perez, now DNC chair, was suggesting to Hillary's team that they smear Sanders as an atheist. It'll be cute to see what they come up with.

I'm more looking forward to after he wins the primary and then the guys on Fox will take turns having on-screen anuerisms about him being a socialist. I'm expecting "HE'S A SOCIALIST PEOPLE! A SOCIALIST!!!" to be shouted at the top of their lungs for at least an hour straight each day for at least two weeks on end.

Did you watch the 50-minute presentation? The lame-stream reportards were huffing and flailing and trying to find some way to get Dr. Jackson to contradict himself or make any admission Trump may not be all there mentally. Eventually CNN sent in Dr. Sanjerk Guptard to offer expert challenge. He questioned the value of the MoCA test; Dr. Jackson replied that his research assured him it is sufficiently sensitive to detect early problems. Guptard and/or others objected that MoCA may detect early cognitive decline, but is not designed to detect psychological disorders, and suggested POTUS should undergo specific psychological and neurological testing; Dr. Jackson replied that he interacts with POTUS often, sometimes several times per day, and his training and experience are sufficient for him to detect signs that such testing would be warranted.

Shortly after the briefing, some reportards started rehashing those objections, viz. MoCA is not sensitive enough, MoCA does not detect psychological issues, Jackson is not a psych specialist, not mentioning that he had directly addressed those aspects.

At this point, the libtard media is basically left with two options regarding Dr. Jackson, who served as White House Doctor under Bush 43 beginning in 2006 and became Physician to the President under Obama, and who has been highly regarded all that time:

-- Dr. Jackson has suddenly become incompetent to do his job, and therefore his conclusions can't be trusted.

-- Dr. Jackson is blatantly lying.

Of course you do. Considering your repeated statements about how much you hate the U.S. you would obviously be delighted to see us go the route of Venezuela.

Considering her increasingly bizarre behavior I wonder what Nancy Pelosi would score on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment

On CNN Tonight, hosted by Don Lemon, they outright dismissed the results saying it was administered by "a Trump fanboy"

Sure, because the country's least popular politician is likely to beat the country's most popular one in a head-to-head race...

Well I keep pushing for policies to make it like Norway, which as of this week seems to be a Trump Approved Country™. But I guess you can go the route of Venezuela if you like.

There certainly seems to be a widespread belief that a certain level of creative license was taken in the numbers reported for Trump's height and weight in order to narrowly squeeze him in to not being officially "obese" on the BMI measure. "Girtherism" is the name being floated for the belief that the president's weight was misreported, and there's already an offer of $100k for charity if Trump is weighed publicly on an accurate scale.
