    How is is Trump-Schumer? Trump's only official capacity in regards to the bill is to either sign it or veto it, and that only happens if it gets passed in the Senate which is where it's stalled. This is really a McConnell-Schumer thing, as it's congress that has the actual power to amend the bill or end the filibuster.

        Seems they realized they were pissing off their base by tossing them aside in favor of illegal immigrants
