First off the person sucks, but putting that aside, this didn't begin as an investigation into the person of Trump. But even if it did so what? If there was evidence of his personal corruption, to connections with Russian oligarchs connected to Putin, evidence of money laundering, and special deals with Russian banks etc etc, then I want it investigated, and so would you, if the shoe were on H. Clinton or Obama's foot.

Trump may not be the designated target at this point but he's still under investigation. Re his 'fix-it man Cohen, it's surely no coincidence that shortly after Michael Cohen is raided by the FBI the Karen McDougal lawsuit is settled and Cohen drops his lawsuits against Buzzfeed and Fusion GPS that places him in Prague and thus authenticates the Steele Dossier and it's revelations about Trump. I wouldn't break out the champagne just yet MM, there's still a way to go.
