Under "other", remember those tests where there was a list of words on the left and you had to match them with their counterpart from a list of words on the right?

As a professional educator:
1) Multiple choice - determines the capacity of a student's short-term memory
2) Essay - determines the capacity of a student's ability to BWB (baffle with....)
3) Fill-in the-blank with a word bank (see 1)
4) Fill-in the-blank without a word bank (now we're getting somewhere!)
5) Oral examination -
Nothing determines a student's ability to defend their knowledge than examining them orally...
Ummm...testing their oral capabilities...
Ummm...requiring them to respond orally....
:ummm...

Due to CLEP tests and whatnot, I managed to reduce my required Liberal Arts courses to a single Art course and one technical writing course. The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

What's the difference between an oral and rectal thermometer...?
