I haven't gone in for an endoscopy yet. Still getting dental stuff taken care of and have no working car of my own at the moment. (Changed counties and should now be insurance since I last saw the gastroenterologist.) till bothered by wine, keeping exposure to citrus or coco powder low with no unblended coffee nor tea with creamer and trying to stay hydrated where my options are, water, tea, unappealing, or not around long. Fixing dental work should help maintain lowered Ibuprophen has been an irritant without needing Tylenol (between that and previous physical therapy, hopefully I can cut down painkiller use). Last sore throat was a cold rather than my stomach-yay! Still taking the two long-lasting antacids and fast acting medicine and trying to be consistent with a recommended probiotic. Stomach incompletely healed but better than say November, January, or May. Approximate off & on time of stomach issues:10 months. Life status: unstructured and uncertain but with a safety net.
