Notatheist: A description for us all?

The answer to the following question is dependant on how we choose to define the two words involved, so multiple answers are welcome...just specify your definitions.

Does the term "notatheist" describe everyone? If you take the set of people who are properly described as "theist" and the set who are properly described as "atheist," are there any people left out? Are there any in both sets?

      Amusing exceptions welcomed!

If one chose to use fuzzy sets to make the classification, then things would get a little... well... fuzzy...

For example, someone who was 0.5 theist would also be 0.5 atheist. We would probably call them "agnostic" or "weak atheist" depending on which classification system you like to use.

Someone who was 0.99 theist would be 0.01 atheist. Typically we'd simply call such a person "theist".

Someone who was 0.99 atheist would be 0.01 theist. Typically we'd simply call such a person "atheist" (or "strong atheist" if you prefer that classification system).

Not sure what, if anything, this adds to the discussion, but there you go...
Hanlon's Razor: Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

One should never quote oneself in their signature. It makes one look downright pretentious
