Good enough, you are obviously still of the opinion that Trump and his administration are innocent. Thanks for the confirmation.

That's why I keep telling clueless liberals to pay attention to the President's actions instead of hanging themselves on every diplomatic word uttered at a joint press conference. Or as we've been saying, start taking the President seriously instead of taking him literally.

Of your nebulous asserted charges? Quite possibly, though I'm (as ever) open to evidence otherwise - which evidence you seem allergic to actually presenting.

Well, whether you are open to evidence or not, at this point you're obviously of the opinion that Trump and his minions are all innocent of any collusion/conspiracy charges, yes?

You should take your own advice there MM, but you should pay attention to his words as well. Might help!

So have you come up with an explanation of how getting Germany energy independence from Russia actually helps Russia?

Lilpix, Trump lied to you again, Germany is not dependent upon Russia, is not captive of Russia. Germany only gets 10% of it's energy from Russia, not 60 or 70 percent as Trump asserted.. Stop simply accepting everything that comes out of Trumps mouth as truth, because actually nearly everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. The only reason Germany even gets its natural gas from Russia is because its cheap.

Interesting because here’s what the consertives at The New York Times say:

Nearly half the natural gas flowing through pipelines into Germany last year came from Russia. Like the rest of the European Union, Germany relies on Russian exports as its main supply of gas and crude oil. Natural gas is the fuel where Germany’s proportion of imports from Russia is highest: it’s about 40 percent for crude oil, and about 30 percent for coal.

So you’re wrong too and how much do you suppose this is worth to the Russian economy every year? How much damage would cutting off this source of revenue do to Russia? Yep, Trump is clearly an agent of Putin or something. Doesn’t matter if it’s cheap or not. Handing billions to Russia while seeking protection from Russia makes no sense. You don’t prop up the economy of those you’re afraid of, so is Putin a serious threat or not?

You mean we must understand what Trump REALLY means when he's lying? Gotcha!

59% of Germany's energy comes from oil and gas, the other 41% comes from coal, renewables and nuclear. That means that roughly 20% of Germany's energy overall comes from Russia, not 70% as per the liar and chief. Besides that, it's a canard, the U.S. also spends Billions of dollars on Russian oil, 7 billion last year, so why should the the other NATO members protect us?

On one hand, we have Lilpix, who provides a source for her numbers. On the other hand, we have Jim, who provides unsupported assertions within hours which contradict each other. Gee, which one is more believable?

Your shifting of goalposts is noted, Jim; "his minions" is another one of those nebulously defined terms which you just might be using as a 'gotcha'. As it appears Manafort may have attempted to get someone on the team in exchange for money, and you undoubtedly are of the opinion that Manafort is a "minion" of Trump, I'll decline to take that particular bait.
