Not to mention sending weapons to Ukraine so they can fight the Russians, imposing stricter sanctions than those initially called for by Congress[1] including imposing sanctions on Ramzan Kadyrov, a close Putin ally and ordering the expulsion of 60 Russian diplomats and closure of Russian consulate in Seattle in response to Russia's poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal (Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov declared that the expulsion of the total of 153 Russian diplomats by 28 countries was the result of the Trump Administration "blackmailing" other nations).

      1. to be fair this has been a bit of a mixed bag in that earlier Trump expressed reluctance about enforcing some sanctions that he had signed into law.

Yeah, but don't you guys get it? Trump was nice to Putin during a public joint press conference where it is customary for world leaders to be nice to each other! If that doesn't convince you that Trump is a Russian agent then nothing will!

Yes, we saw how "nice Trump was to the US's traditional allies. Throughout his trip, he seemed determined to cause trouble for NATO and the E.U. He also meddled, with what seemed like malign intent, in the domestic politics of individual countries such as the UK.

But he IS very nice to Putin, that's for sure. Why is that?

So you missed the difference between being nice and humiliating yourself and your country? Or would seeing the difference force you to see something you would rather not see?

That isn't even the point seer. That's a ridiculous retort. That's like saying that it's okay if our enemies attack us and that traitors from within aid them, and that we should just ignore it becuase we've attacked them before as well. I understand that's one of the right wing medias, i.e. the propagandists talking points, but it's just dumb.

Trump didn't levy sanctions against Russia until and unless he was forced to do so by Congress. Yeah, he had to be forced into it. Publicly admonishing Germany and publicly threatening NATO, including the newest member thereof, Montenegro, was music to the ears of Putin. And Btw, you do realize that Trumps treasonous behavior can't be totally transparent, he has to at least try to look like has U.S. interests at heart, even in the face of his puppeteer's pressure.

No Jim, it is not dumb. It is normal activity - we do it they do it. And Clinton was up to her neck in Russian money. You have a double standard James.

For same reason that every US president since at least Reagan has has been "very nice" to the president of Russia: It's good for the world when the US and Russia have peaceful relations.

I can't believe you're so ignorant that this has to be explained to you.

Putin himself. There is no "I don't believe it" Trump knew it, and he has been lying to the country ever since! That in itself is aiding and abetting the enemy as far as I'm concerned, and certainly worthy of impeachment by Congress. But there is of course much more evidence for conspiracy than that, though with this current cowardly majority republican congress it's highly unlikely that they'll impeach.
So I proved your point by proving you were wrong? Okaaaay...

Well he has done far more than just deny interference, but for a president to use his platform to undermine U.S intel and deny interference when he knows with absolute certainty that there was interference, is obstruction. But, then you have to ask yourself, why is he doing it?

No, only when you take into account all the other obvious actions of Trumps treasonous ways. But you'll come around eventually.
