I believe I've now fixed the elusive custom smilies bug.
Anyone(Xavier, luv, etc) that was experiencing this problem please test out your custom smilies and let me know.

still not working for me, cirisme..it says that the ones i try to upload are already on the list, but there's nothing there.

I noticed that when i posted--but when i go to 'custom smilies' it says click to rebuild and I did that, and at the bottom it says 'you have no custom..upload.blahblah'

Ya, I wondered that, too. If I select Custom Smilies from the "Useful Links," it replaces this window and I don't see that I can access them from the regular smilie pop-up. So, for now, it seems I have to remember the :code: to make them appear. Are we missing something, great ones?
