  • Democrats More Positive About Socialism Than Capitalism

    Source: https://news.gallup.com/poll/240725/democrats-positive-socialism-capitalism.aspx

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- For the first time in Gallup's measurement over the past decade, Democrats have a more positive image of socialism than they do of capitalism. Attitudes toward socialism among Democrats have not changed materially since 2010, with 57% today having a positive view. The major change among Democrats has been a less upbeat attitude toward capitalism, dropping to 47% positive this year -- lower than in any of the three previous measures.

Without a clear-cut definition of sin, morality becomes a mere argument over the best way to train animals
    - Manya the Holy Szin (The Quintara Marathon)

I may not be as old as dirt, but me and dirt are starting to have an awful lot in common

Cuba is close by. I think we could rent a few cruise ships to take them there. I hear they have wonderful healthcare (seriously) so they should be happy.

The KKK was founded by the Democrats, BTW.

. . . that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: . . . -- 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 KJV

And they vote for Trump, which means they're Republicans now, like you.

In fact one, the Loyal White Knights, has endorsed your hero Hillary. Their Grand Dragon Will Quigg has announced his support for her several times.

But the real point is that no candidate can control who supports their candidacy. If they did then Hillary ought to be disqualified because the Communist Party USA announced their enthusiastic support of Hillary for president.

While most of the CPUSA membership initially backed Sanders they have jumped on the Clinton bandwagon as Party spokesman Sam Webb made clear as far back as last February:
If elected president she will build on the achievements of Obama’s presidency. In other words, her White House will press for economic, social, and political reforms on a range of issues, including existentially necessary action on climate change. This will be especially so if the progressive and popular base of the coalition that elects her, assuming for the moment that she is the nominee, remains engaged in the post-election period. That wasn’t the case in the Obama years, at least on the scale necessary to successfully combat Republican obstructionism.

Even Hillary’s foreign policy, while likely more aggressive and military-inclined than Obama’s, also has a place for diplomacy, global cooperation, and realism – a far cry from any of the trigger-happy Republican candidates who believe there are no limits to the projection of U.S. power in a complex, fractured, and violent world.

Finally, the election of Hillary will break perhaps the biggest glass ceiling for women. While we can’t really know how great its symbolic significance will be, it is safe to say that it will be large and lasting on men as well as girls and women. Moreover, as president, Hillary will certainly do what she has long done – shine a light on women’s concerns, ranging from wage and job discrimination, to health care, abortion, and birth control rights, to rape and domestic violence, to child care and parental leave. But she will do it on the largest public stage and with a far bigger voice.

CPUSA National Chairman John Bachtell has been going around trying to rally the troops for Hillary telling his fellow communists not to waste their vote on Green Party candidate Jill Stein.

Interestingly, while Trump has denounced support from the Klan, nobody in the MSM appears to have asked Hillary to distance herself from the Communists[2]. According to the Daily Caller when Bachtell first started trumpeting his support for Hillary this summer:

Source: Communist Party USA Chairman Voting for Hillary Despite Backing Bernie In Primary

Democratic National Committee vice-chair and CNN analyst Donna Brazile declined this morning to disassociate her party from the party endorsement of its expected standardbearer.

Brazile, an ardent Hillary apologist, said she was “not aware” of the matter. Although a Democratic Party official herself, she told me to call the DNC for an “official response.”

The DNC press office was radio silent. Ditto for Brazile after being emailed the U.S. News piece so she could be fully aware.

Interesting that Ben Jealous is running away from the "socialist" label in his quest for Maryland's governorship...in a state where, against a 2-1 Democrat voter registration advantage, a Republican is living in the governor's mansion.

In other news, liberals are none too bright. That's part of the reason they're liberals.
Some may call me foolish, and some may call me odd
