Because, once again, Obama inherited a near economic depression, and he, not Trump, actually guided it back to stability. In 2016 we as a country were much better off than we were in 2008. Unemployment dropped from a high of over 10% to below 4%, from losing 800,000 jobs a month, to gaining 200,000 or more jobs a month. Wages were still stagnant though, because the President can't force Corporations to pay a living wage. So Trump is simply riding the Obama economic wave while once again, like a good republican, redistributing the wealth upward to himself and his wealthy supporters while ignoring the environment, and pretending to be a populist helping out the forgotten man who he conned into voting for him.

If you need to know what Obama's economic policies were, then google it. Here are the results. The last 4 years of Obama's administration the jobs created surpassed those created in Trumps first year. In 2013- 2,044,000 jobs were created. In 2014 - 2,553,000, / 2015 - 2,240,000, / 2016 - 1,959,000 and under Trump in 2017 - 1,7000,000. So, whatever the policies of either man were, more jobs were created each year under Obama than under Trump, and those created under Trump are just a continuence of the trend he inherited, regardless of what he tells you to the contrary.

Umm, no. There were a lot of complaints from the black community in particular how they were doing considerably worse under Obama. Now under Trump they and Hispanics are experiencing record levels of unemployment and pay rates are rising.

We, or at least I, am talking data, rogue, not the "there were a lot of complaints" type of argument. The facts are that everyone including blacks were doing better under the Obama's Administration, and again, Trump, as is always the case with republicans when it comes to the middle classes, is just surfing the Obama economic wave. The only difference is that Trump is needlessly blowing a hole in the deficit while further enriching those at the top at the future expense of once again, the rest of us.

And I keep explaining to you that it doesn't matter what he did, what matters is the results and the result was that we went from a near depression, 10% unemployment, losing 800,000 jobs a month to 4% unemployment and gaining 200,000 jobs a month. Trumps tax cuts and deregulation may be good for business and profits, but they aren't good for the enviroment or for creating the jobs at the rate they were created before he took office, nor are they helping the average American. If what you care about is making the rich even richer, making health insurance more expensive, unaffordable to millions, destroying the environment in the name of profits, all while increasing the deficit by a trillion dollars unnecessarily, then the thieving autocrat, i.e Trump, is your man. Congrats!
