But I don't think preachers like that do much reading of the bible except to proof text their own greed. They are going to be surprised when they stand in front of Jesus one day. Probably first that there really IS a Jesus and second at what he is going to say to them.

Because it is quickly becoming apparent that she is nothing more than yet another do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do hypocritical politician who even before she's elected to any office is being sucked into becoming exactly what she claims to oppose.

Wearing expensive clothes is not hypocritical for a socialist. None of these flimsy justifications change this fact.

Let's hear it.

In a nutshell, the people with the most money have the power to create and change government and corporate systems. They exercise this power to exploit people with less money. Socialism is recognizing this imbalance and redesigning systems to prevent exploitation. Personal decisions that don't involve creating or changing a system that results in exploitation are therefore unrelated to socialism.
