In the 80's 5 African American teenagers were falsely accused and convicted of murdering a woman in Central Park. Trump spent 85 thousand dollars on newspaper adds trying to convince the state to bring back the death penalty in order to execute these 5 kids. Later, after spending years in prison, the real killer confessed, and Trump, instead of apologising to the 5, criticized their release, calling it a disgrace.
