Than asking CNN - yes. Not necessarily the other options. After all - they are now embroiled in a legal suit, have riled up the left (again) and continued to paint themselves as the "enemy of the press." All in all, I think they have done more damage to themselves than if they had taken another path. Except to Trump's, base, of course - they LOVE the choice. But Trump's base is not going to be enough to get him over the top. The removal of Acosta was an unabashed attempt to censor the press, in this instance CNN, by removing Acosta, its senior WH correspondent for no reason other than pushing for an answer to a reasonable question. Trump was, as is frequently the case, evading it.
