Like I said I will look and see. But it isn’t that simple. That was an example of how it can be done but computer algorithms don’t work exactly like that especially when interlaced fields are involved. The computer also creates interpolated frames from frames on either side. Blending them together which could result in the ghosting effect in the huckabee video.

I have another idea too. I will convert the original one down to the same parameters of the huckabee video and see what happens. No guarantee my converter will work the exact same way but it might give an idea of it and a similar result if it was due to conversion instead of editing

It's funny how you guys want to crucify Trump over mere words but give Jim Accost-her a pass for his inappropriate actions.
There were no inappropriate actions. This is the point.

Replays of the tape show Acosta reflexively dropping his hands, accidentally bumping the intern’s arm on the way down. This, it seems, was enough of a pretext for the White House to get rid of Acosta and his awkward questions, with Huckabee Sanders claiming that Acosta “placed his hands on a young woman just trying to do her job as a White House intern.” That’s not what happened. Reuters correspondent Jeff Mason said “I was seated next to Acosta at today’s press conference and did not witness him ‘placing his hands’ on the young intern, as the White House alleges".

What is inappropriate is Trump's evading Acosta's question as to why the president used the word “invasion” to refer to a caravan of migrants traveling to the U.S. to seek asylum. The exchange culminated in Trump calling Acosta a “rude, terrible person,” and a White House intern attempting to recover the microphone.
“He felt that his whole life was a kind of dream and he sometimes wondered whose it was and whether they were enjoying it.” - Douglas Adams.

Like I told ox, you guys can try spinning this however you want, but the video is there for all to see. There's nothing to figure out here; just open your eyes and watch. It's silly to pretend that Accost-her's behavior was in anyway appropriate. I'm not buying your "But it wasn't that bad!" rationalizations

It’s amusing how often liberals only want the rules they set up to apply to their opponents, but never themselves.

Many high-profile media members, including The NY Times’ Maggie Haberman and CNN executive Matt Dornic, have accused Sanders of using a doctored Infowars video speeding up Acosta’s arm motion, as evidence. I'm more inclined to believe them than the Trump WH with its history of lying and gas-lighting. Especially as Infowars editor Paul Joseph Watson is known for spreading conspiracy theories and is banned from most social media platforms,

Kinda like if a bunch of angry Republicans showed up at their house knocking on their door and threatening them that they must leave?

Amazing that anyone takes the NYT or CNN as trustworthy sources these days.

Well, regardless of what we "think", people do not have the right to invade your space, especially to poke, grab, push or swat at you...it's called "Touch Assault" and IS indeed a crime. It's not enforced usually because it's a "he said, she said" type situation. But, with this video proof it would be enough to prosecute if someone wanted to.

There's a video of a man wearing a MAGA hat in a Starbucks, and someone took offense at it. The hat wearer says "it's my opinion" and the "aggressor" continually comes forward into his space. Finally, the aggressor takes the man's hat off and throws it down on the floor. According to my LEO buddies, that constitutes a class C misdemeanor.

                  Here is the video: https://youtu.be/6Jtlh-rXNm8

                  here is the conversation:

Notice in the video the aggressor never actually touches him...

And CNN definitely has a dog in this fight so they can hardly be viewed as unbiased in this.

I kinda wonder if lao has finally reached the point where even he will admit that the old Gray Lady suffers from severe integrity problems these days.

Yeah, remember when the NYT was the only acceptable authoritative source?

She was the aggressor in this situation. So this would end up boiling down to the defense of his personal space.

I guess that you take Fox "News" seriously.

Many people take NYT and CNN as trustworthy sources: The New York Times is an American newspaper based in New York City with worldwide influence and readership. Founded in 1851, the paper has won 125 Pulitzer Prizes, more than any other newspaper. The Times is ranked 17th in the world by circulation and 2nd only to 'USA Today' in the U.S. - Wiki

CNN named the world’s #1 international news brand. The latest global data from Ipsos reaffirms CNN’s undisputed leadership in international news across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
