Marcia Fudge is thinking about challenging Pelosi.
Pelosi was trying to make it all about the MEN who are challenging her. Now she might have a black WOMAN.... that could be interesting.

The vocal contingent of anti-Nancy Pelosi Democrats call for new leadership is coalescing around one name as the alternative: Ohio Democrat Rep. Marcia Fudge, who says she is thinking about throwing her name in the mix.
Fudge, a 66-year-old, six-term Congress member from the Cleveland region, told the Cleveland Plain Dealer earlier this week that she was considering a bid for speaker, a decision she says she will reach either by the end of this week or after Thanksgiving.
While still a relative unknown nationally, Fudge has held some prominent roles both as a leader in the national Democratic Party and in Congress as the former chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, a cohort of mostly Democratic black lawmakers who have traditionally been close allies of Pelosi’s. If Fudge runs, she would have to mount an incredible upset to oust Pelosi, who’s led the Democratic caucus for nearly 16 years.
Fudge told the Washington Post that she has been “overwhelmed” by how many of her colleagues have been pushing her to run for speaker. Notably, those include some of the most prominent anti-Pelosi moderate Democrats, such as Reps. Seth Moulton and Tim Ryan, who are among 17 lawmakers who signed a letter in opposition to Pelosi’s bid for speaker. Fudge has also signed the letter.
