This is an open forum area for all members for discussions on all issues of science and origins. This area will and does get volatile at times, but we ask that it be kept to a dull roar, and moderators will intervene to keep the peace if necessary. I don't like drinking from the glass in a restaurant. Don't use a straw at home.

Do you know a source for metal straws?

Personally, I almost never use straws. They get in the way of dipping my fries in my Frosty.

I don't eat out very often. Probably not worth buying a metal straw.

That would be a problem if I ever ate at Wendy's.

And I just don't use straws. Maybe it has something to do with "I wanna see what I'm drinking" instead of sucking something up from the bottom.
