Of all those countries how many of them have actually reduced emissions and how many have seen significant increases?

Depends when you're measuring from and to and compared to what. The emissions in many advanced countries peaked just before the 2008 financial crisis, then dropped due to the economic downturn of that crisis. They tend to be now plateauing at those post-2008 levels due to decreases caused by climate-change related political policies (e.g. changing the power grid to run more off renewables) offsetting the increases due to the economic recovery (e.g. more farm and industrial emissions).
