Yeah, I've gone round and round with this with some of our liberals who hold Trump up as "all that Republicans are".

Look - I understand this desire to reject Trump as "Republican." But the fact is that he ran on the Republican ticket, he won the Republican vote, and he now has a higher approval rating among Republicans than even Reagan ever had. So the claim "he's not Republican" is a little...well...difficult to swallow.

Then don't. He's a Trumpian. But he had to run as "something", and chose to run as a Republican. Having done that, who else would the Republicans vote for? I think much of his approval has to do with his keeping his promise of securing SCOTUS.

But, then again, I'm not a Republican, so...
