It should be reasonable to assume that if a wall is the answer (or an answer), then those portions where the wall exists would not be in chaos.

which Acosta showed since he was reporting from where there is a wall not where their is none. Why didn't he go to a place on the border where there were no walls to show us how peaceful it is without a wall.

Back in the 90s CNN became known as the Clinton News Network even among some Democrats possibly because they announced they would not use the term "scandal" while covering the multitude of, well, scandals that plagued the Clinton Administration. Now it has become pretty much a joke, hence the Comedy News Network.
