If you have been paying attention you will have observed the considerable efforts that Trump has made to hinder the investigation. An innocent man does not behave that way.

Given what we've learned so far from the various prosecutions and court filings, I would tend to expect that Mueller is likely to charge Kushner and Don Jr next. It seems unlikely to me that he would file his final full report with the Justice Department prior to filing those indictments.

Although I guess it's possible he's already filed them under seal (he seems to have quite a few court filings under seal) and maybe he'll unveil them the day he files his report?
