And neither does a mistake in custom. That you would join this charade of equating these things is beyond me. Have you no conscience either when it comes to Trump. What obama did was embarassing, nothing more. Un without any just cause subjected this young man to who knows what hell from which he eventually died and you will stand up for the leader of this country dismissing that with a statement to the world he will look the other way on this? He will be complict in excusing this, and you and mm will join with him?

My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism. James 2:1

That doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Although it looks like even if Trump does manage to negotiate peace, Trump haters will still find something to cry about.

As if all this is about is a dislike of Trump?

Excusing un on this is unconscionable. The offense is at the act itself. It wouldn't matter who committed it. The problem as it relates to Trump is that he does things like this continously.

I suppose you’ll be the first in line to welcome back the first aircraft full of our dead back? If giving the fat man praise is what it takes to keep nuclear holocaust from being rained down on both Korea’s, Japan, Guam, etc. That’s fine by me.

Which shows their deranged minds. Everyone of those that voted yes should be invited to welcome back the first plane loads of caskets.

And BTW when John Kerry met privately with the Viet-Cong many were all to happy to call him a Traitor well in to his very late career. And people are still happy to call him a traitor. Trump acting in very similar ways gets him hailed a hero. Nope this makes me gag.
                  1. Bush had a different leader and had a North Korea that didn’t have first strike capabilities.
                  2. John Kerry is a private citizen and can’t legally make those kind of deals with a foreign government.
                  3. Trump walked out, he obviously isn’t catering to them with such a move.

I'm reminded of the character of Thaddeus Stevens, played by Tommy Lee Jones in the movie Lincoln. When he is accused of selling out his soul and that there's nothing he won't say to see slavery abolished, he replies:

"I want the amendment to pass, so that the Constitution's first and only mention of slavery is its absolute prohibition. For this amendment, for which I have worked all my life and for which countless colored men and women have fought and died and now hundreds of thousands of soldiers... No, sir, no, it seems there's very nearly nothing I won't say."

And giving a thug a pass on the mistreatment and murder of one of our own citizens doesn't? What you just said is that the leader of the free world is so afraid of what Un might do in retaliation for being held to a minimum human rights standard that he was forced to look the other way.

How much lower do you plan to go looking for justifications for your glorious leader?

When will you endorse full sanctions against China then Jim? And shouldn't we be calling out President Xi? Their human rights record is hardly spotless...
