Also notice that Mueller never definitively said that Trump obstructed justice. He hedged his bets, saying things like, "We can't prove that he didn't," which, beyond being a legally suspect phrase, is the equivalent of saying, "We can't prove that he did."

Mueller from the beginning took the DOJ position that a sitting president cannot be indicted; he left it for Congress to use his information as it saw fit. Only Congress can now resolve the allegations against Trump.

But, although Mueller did not make a prosecutorial judgement against Trump, he was unable to conclude that Trump did not commit obstruction of justice. This is considerably more than your dismissive "We can't prove that he did."

Furthermore, much of the evidence against Trump is damning. From his aides we have a picture of a totally dysfunctional White House. It is a place of chaos, lies, intrigue and deception, where aides routinely disregard the wishes of a president who has little regard for the truth or the traditional boundaries of his office. This is much more than a stained blue dress as grounds for impeachment, this a president who is unfit to govern.

But he still could have said if the evidence conclusively showed that the President committed a crime. However, he says the exact opposite: This report does not conclude that the President committed a crime.

The Trump tower meeting was itself collussion with the Russians, the many meetings between Trump associates and Russians was collusion, the passing of polling data between Trumps campaign manager and a Russian operative was collusion. What Mueller was very lenient on was determining if it rose to the level of conspiracy. Some which hunt eh? The truth is there was both collusion, conspiracy and loads of obstruction including the Presidents attempt to have Sessions fire Mueller. There are multiple examples of obstruction on the part of the president defined in the report which Atty Gen Barr outright lied about. But keep waiting for those facts, CP.
