Devin Singh is Assistant Professor of Religion at Dartmouth College and is a Public Voices Fellow with the OpEd Project.
However, his description of a tyrant is reasonably accurate along credible academic lines.
Trying to apply those definitions to Trump - with yet another "is accused of doing" in one of the references.

It doesnt seen a temper tantrum to me at all. Trump has these characteristics. He is pushing against the separation of powers in ways seldom seen, and so far has succeeded in rendering them powerless to constrain him.
