In order to keep this fantasy up you continue to purposefully omit the fact that Rod Rosenstein worked alongside of Barr to write the summary.

We don’t know that “Rosenstein worked alongside of Barr to write the summary”. All we know is that he defended Barr’s initial handling of Mueller’s report on Russian election interference.

If this was "spin" you can bet he wouldn't be silent and would have immediately disassociated himself from it.

Several of Mueller’s associates haven’t remained “silent”. And it’s reasonable to regard the Barr Summary as “spin” given his increasingly obvious status as a Trump stooge.

Further, Mueller has already shown that when someone misrepresents or fabricates something about his work he will publicly step up and call them out on it (like he did when Buzzfeed falsely claimed that Trump directed his former lawyer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress). He would not be silent if Barr was not portraying things accurately.

You wouldn’t have to bother with all this embarrassingly desperate speculation if we actually has access to the Mueller Report.

Barr, who was confirmed by the Senate in February, has come under heavy criticism from Democrats dissatisfied with how he has handled the nearly 400-page report on Mueller’s 22-month probe of Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election and possible collusion with President Donald Trump’s campaign.

They’re particularly irked with Barr’s four-page summary of the principal conclusions from that report, which was sent to Judiciary Committee leaders less than two days after Mueller handed over the lengthy final document to the attorney general. Barr wrote that the special counsel did not establish Trump-Russia collusion, and he and Rosenstein determined from the report that Mueller’s evidence was not sufficient to find that Trump had obstructed justice.
