He had access to all of Trump's people, he knew what Trump said in public repeatedly. Please Charles... Yes Trump was acting like a wounded animal, but that was because he knew he was innocent of the collusion charge. And remember Charles, that was what this was all about - collusion with Russian actors to effect the election. We should all be happy that that did not happen. You guys just can't let it go.

What are you talking about, I confronted what you said about obstruction. We only know about what Trump was doing behind the scenes because he did not assert executive privilege and gave full access to his staff (including his White House counsel) to Mueller.

It is good news that there was no collusion. However we knew beforehand that it is doubtful whether Trump would be president if not for the Russians.

Imagine if you had just accomplished your greatest achievement. Against all odds and the multitude of naysayers proclaiming that you didn't have a snowball's chance in, well, you know where, of success. And then your political opponents engineered a baseless smear campaign saying that you didn't win but cheated. Worse you not only cheated but did so in a manner that in effect makes you a traitor. And as a result got a special prosecutor appointed that would for all sakes and purposes hamstring your Administration for years.

You would be more than just a little pissed at those pushing that false narrative.
