which ones? The one for Barr was basically illegal for instance. Trying to force him to break the law in his testimony.

if anyone is completely off the rails it is the House of Representative Democrats.

That is just a handwave dismissal there Jim.

I don't see anything that would require congress to have access to Trump's personal finances.

Well, if those were million dollar donuts ... maybe.

How is it that allegiance to Trump puts the mind in a mode where the potential effect of greed and temptation are the same for $1 and $1,000,000?

Mueller is America’s greatest hero. I have just about finished listening to the free audio and looking forward to the MSW podcast series. Unfortunately, I don’t think it answers why Trump was so obsessed by the investigation and we can only hope that Congress will get to the bottom of things when they get his financial information.

Really? In what fantasy world do you hail from where $1 can invoke the same greed and temptation as $1,000,000.

Given how freaked out he was, it seems logical to conclude it is likely something big was missed or managed to remain hidden

You mean two-years, a virtually unlimited budget and scope, a dozen lawyers, and 40 "rank and file" FBI agents wasn't enough for Mueller "to get to the bottom of things"? And he didn't start with nothing, either. He was picking up from the quite extensive spy operation that was started at least a year before by the Obama administration, and he STILL couldn't close the deal. Are your trying to make the case that Dirty Cop Mueller was a disastrously incompetent special counsel?

Right, Mueller missed something "big" despite the vast resources at his disposal.

Next you're going pull out the Nutsy Pelosi line that Trump is guilty of a "cover-up" without specifying what it is he's covered up!

Mueller got to the bottom of things and Trump had his personal lawyer, Atty Gen. Barr, lie about the findings therein in an attempt to cover-up what was actually found. When the President is finally impeached, and he will be whether the corrupted majority Senate convicts him or not, the American people will know what a criminal con man they elected. There is already plenty of evidence of his corruption, his abuse of power, his obstruction, not to mention his collusion with a foriegn adversary. Plenty enough evidence for 900 former federal prosecutors to sign a letter saying that had he not been president he'sd have been indicted. Wake up MM, ya'll look like a complete morons.

Probably because he understands that if it be public, the republicans will try to make a spectacle of it instead of a serious inquiry. They're already doing that, you know, like you do. The House may not go along with his request, they'd rather it be public and so may force it upon him. But it doesn't matter, the transcripts will be available to the public, we'll know what went down. Nothing is ever going to get through that thick head of yours anyway, so as far as you're concerned, it doesn't matter.

"fully impeached"? As opposed to "partially impeached"?

Yeah, nevermind that Mueller explicitly said that Barr didn't misrepresent anything.

Considering that he was cleared of the collusion charges that speaks volumes about the other charges that you listed, don't you think?

When someone finds themselves forced to lie[1] in order to bolster their position isn't that a sign that they really need to step back and re-examine that position?

Mueller has not looked at Trump’s finances. Trump is motivated by money, revenge and hatred [he has zero interest in public service]. So, there is much more to discover, and we know that by Trump’s own words and behavior.
