Doesn't TidyBowl help remove calcium depositions?

I have tried heavy doses of vitamin C and got a respiratory infection after starting the heavy doses.

I was starting to take some Iodine but wasn't settled on what form to take. It can come from seaweed but some people identified a problem like mercury or something in the seaweed.

I once knew someone online who took Airbourne by mouth. He said it was not recommended.

When I was a kid, they scared us to death in school that we would get goiter if we didn't use iodized salt - and they showed us pictures of people with HUGE growths on their necks. I salted EVERYTHING!

When I was a teenager, I worked in a factory where they insisted you take salt tablets and drink water because it was hot and you'd be dehydrated.

So, what's the current scare? SALT WILL KILL YOU!!!!

I thought things were finally going back the other way some for salt.
Enter the Church and wash away your sins. For here there is a hospital and not a court of law. Do not be ashamed to enter the Church; be ashamed when you sin, but not when you repent. St. John Chrysostom

I have a hard time keeping track ... a daily glass of wine is good for you / alcohol in any form is bad, eggs are full of cholesterol / eggs are good for you, coffee should be limited to 2 cups a day / 2-6 cups a day is good for your heart....

The only think I think is consistent.... DARK CHOCOLATE IS HEART MEDICINE!!!!

Not really. Pretty much doctors tell people that they have too much salt in their diet. Mostly because processed food and restaurant food has a ton of salt in it. My doc tells me to try to stay under 2000 mg/day because I tend to retain water from some of my meds. The American Heart association recommends under 2,300 a day, and under 1,500 for most people. But that is pretty near impossible. Most people get over 4,000 a day just eating out or eating processed food. It's pretty hard to get less than 2000 a day unless you are very careful with your diet.

Then I had heard that the silica in salt can irritate the blood vessels.

I was told that I was deficient ... so I should have more salt.

And Sea Salt is better than 'regular' salt, but Sherpa Pink Himalayan salt is even better... or less bad....

And let's not forget the dreaded Salt Sucking Monster from Planet M-113!!!
