What does this mean for Brexit, for the UK, and for the world?

Well, hard to say. In general, it bodes well for Brexit but Parliament has already stuck a few road blocks in the way of prorogation (NO, that doesn't have anything to do with roguetech).

For the UK. it solidifies the government's intent to complete Brexit.

For the US, if he can manage Brexit, I think we're looking at the beginnings of closer trade relations.

The world? Eh, not a lot - it's more important to the EU at the moment than the whole world - but it may have repercussions down the line that affect other world powers. We'll see.
