A Texas jury returned a verdict on Monday that will prevent Jeffrey Younger from protecting his 7-year-old son from a forced gender transition by the boy's mom, Dr. Anne Georgulas.With the jury's decision, Georgulas is free to give James puberty-blocker medication that results in chemical castration and, ultimately, hormone pills to complete James' female transition to become "Luna."

Not only did the jury grant Georgulas sole custody paving the way to force gender transition upon the 7-year-old boy, but the jury granted Georgulas' petition to limit Younger's visitation of his two sons. Younger will also be required to refer to James as "Luna" and he is prohibited from exposing James to anyone who does not "affirm" what Georgulas claims is the male child's "female identity."

The two sides were in court last week arguing their case, according to The Texan.

There's got to be more to this case than meets the eye. The article linked in the OP differs markedly with its source, however; the jury only ruled on custody, with the judge ruling on everything else.

Part of the problem is that liberals are getting fed up with the high taxes and corruption in Democrat controlled states, so they're moving to more attractive Republican states, except they're bringing with them the same ideology that compelled them to vote corrupt politicians into office in the states they just left. It's the same sort of thinking behind people who keep wanting to try socialism again. "We just didn't do it right last time!"

Conservatives are surprised, dumbfounded, simply cannot understand how the Obvious Truth that 'men are physically different from women' can be rejected. Well, for those with eyes to see, this truth has already been denied in a) women being allowed into the combat forces, and b) homosexual 'marriage'. The denial is even on its way to becoming Constitutional. The denial is well-established in the US.

Now we're just seeing it applied to other areas, simple corollaries. Children can 'transition', 'trans-women' should compete with women in sports, no more segregated bathrooms for schoolchildren. There is a logic behind the insanity, why should any of this be a surprise?

Once upon a time, there was a Lie that men and women are Equal. Conservatives accepted most of it because they wanted to, but thought that the Obvious Truth could hold off the more insane implications that they didn't want. That failed.

This is true - It's REALLY CHEAP to rent a u-haul to move to California, cause they need them returned somehow or other.

Statistically, about 30% of transgender people have either committed suicide, or attempted suicide.

I get the feeling the stuff's really going to hit the fan if Trump is reelected. We're going to see a national meltdown from the left like we've never seen before. And conservatives may just grow tried of getting attacked and start defending themselves. It could get ugly.
